Hi Warren, being an editor on this publication basically means that you can publish your writing anytime you want. You don’t have to wait for other editors to publish it for you. You publish on your own time, anytime.

One rule that I do have is to not edit or delete other articles on this publication. 99% of the writers on this publication are editors as well, so everyone just publishes their own work. It’s easier compared to the big publications where you submit your work and wait (sometimes for days or weeks) for the editor to edit and publish it.

Here, everyone takes care of their own articles, no one else’s.
