I can relate. I'm half Chinese and half native in my country but look more native than anything. The Chinese in my country have always been viewed as migrants despite having lived in the country for centuries. Because I don't look like one, the things some people say about the Chinese around me, not knowing that I'm half Chinese, is just sickening and sad, especially how my country is so diversed in terms of race and religion. There are just so many people who just can't seem to get over the fact that this world has so many other people who are just different from them.
