This is perhaps a little bit late seeing that I’ve already been writing on the platform for over 2 years. But better late than never right? So, here’s a little bit about me — Benny Lim, writer on Medium.
I’m a 35 year old guy based in Malaysia. I’m happily married to the woman of my dreams and blessed with two beautiful boys — aged 6 years old and 4 months.
As most of you may already know, I write on Medium as a side thing.
I work a normal 9–5 corporate job that has been good to me and has helped me to pay the bills, put a roof over our heads and food on the table. But there’s always been a part of me that knew I don’t belong in the corporate setting.
Which is why I’ve been picking up some side hustles (Medium being one of them) with the hope that eventually, I’ll be able to make a living on them so that I can quit my corporate job.
My interests are writing (pretty obvious this one), reading, fitness, sports (mainly football), music, gaming, technology, gadgets (big Apple fan boy here!), traveling…
